GET ON MISSION
Set a day for your first solo or group trip and get a good nights sleep.
Start the day well and consider a meditation to set your intention.
Get out on the ground, stay present and be proud of yourself.
You can go out on the leys every Thursday at 12:12pm as part of our Weekly 12:12 Focus.
